Can I pay less than the quoted rate?
Unfortunately no. Unless there is a promotion or you are given a discount, the price can't be negotiated. Your quoted price is what allows me to provide the quality of service that I provide.
Do you have someone who can assist you on a multi-person assembly?
Depends! I have partners whom I work with to provide quality service who can assist. Depending on scheduling, I can bring someone with me
Can you take trash with you?
No
I have to reschedule, is it possible to do so?
Of course, life happens and I understand! You can reschedule your appointment in the booking section. For any reason that you're unable to reschedule through the website, please feel free to contact me
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept venmo, cashapp, zelle, cash, and payment through the booking
Do I pay before or after assembly?
Assemblies will need to be paid before start time
What happens if you're unable to assemble the item
If the item is unable to be assemble due to manufacter/shipping errors I will work with you to contact the seller to get a replacement out and assemble to replacement.
If you have to come back out, is that an extra charge?
Depends! 2nd visits are no charge. Any additional visits will be a $10 charge
I want a service that is not listed, can I still request you?
Depends! Please submit an inquiry detailing the exact service you would like and we can discuss further. Please be sure to include any pictures and/or information that is relevant to your inquiry. PLEASE BE DETAILED!
Can you do donation pick up & drop offs?

Can I book you for same-day assemblies?

You broke a part during assembly, grr!!
While I strive to provide suberb/quality service, accidents and faults occur. If something does break I will work with you to get a replacement from the seller. If the seller requires a fee please be sure to submit all documents of pricing and we will be sure to pay
Do you do flat rates?
No
Do I need to provide any equipment for assembly?
No. Once all details of the assembly has been shared with me, I will be sure to bring all equipment needed. If there is a need for a special equipment, such as a tall ladder, and you posses one, then I would ask to use it
